<a href="#comment-88" rel="nofollow">@BryGuy</a>
We are adding category and product type based URL's. Also ability to send emails to people who had abandoned their carts. Despite it won't have ability to build per-product rules it is significantly improved. Soon you'll be able to see yourself. Thank you for your feedback.

We would love to see unlimited tiers as well. While you are at it please add more logic to the mod. Example: if customer bought X then send this email in X days. If customer bought X and Y then email this message in X days. Toss in the customer group, and anything else that can help build a more customized experience for the customer.

For those who have not purchased this module you are missing out. This mod is very helpful and keeping in touch with the customer after the sale. We use it to send out a survey; offer up additional services; and other content the customer will find very useful. It's a GREAT way to stay in front of the customer who already does business with you!

Hi,
Why just 3 "tiers" ? why not unlimitted with an "add on more follow-up message" button ?
Getting the customers to come back and buy more is one of the three only ways to grow a business and to do it effectively takes way more than 3 follow-ups.
